poor services

<p>They came and installed the meter prepaid it's been 7 days . We don't have electricity we staying in mndeni. Called the guys who installed didn't get any help. Want to diepkloof eskom offices since the resident of Zola burned the offices of eskom. That was Monday still they have us ref no but still. Went back to people who installed still it's been 8 days now. We bought the prepaid but still....... I regret signing the agreement it seem they only train people to install but if the is a problem being put frm pillar to post pls help</p>
