poor service with rude consultant

<p>I have not had electricity for the past two weeks, I have been calling everyday using R30 airtime and you get rude consultant that are so rude to hang the phone on your eye all because of complaining about the service, I log a query and everytime I follow up its said its closed. Her team leader refused to talk to me or give their names, my meter no is ********** 4301</p>
