poor service- ref no ***

Our transformer got damaged on tuesday night because of the thunderstorm. i reported the matter on wednesday around 10 in the morning,i got my reference i called after 4 hours to make a follow up,so they came in the afternoon to fix the transformer but they ddnt fix it. this monrning i called bloemfontein to report the matter again only to find out that they have closed the request that means the technicians had fixed the problem. i got another ref no again today so it means again i wil hev to wait for 4 hours for the technicians to come and check the problem. we have been without electricity since tuesday night. poor service from the Molopo region in Mafikeng.
