Poor service- no service at all.report

<p>I contacted eskom to report a power failure, mind you its not for the first time this happens however on all occasions we received the same service - more like no service. . With today's incident eskom pitch in the morning they restore power for only two houses out of the 5 houses that have no electricity.. 1 which is a ****a shop & the other a salon, it could be they paid something I dont know.. Does one have to have a business in ordee to be assisted. 5pm I get home and still no lights, they then switch on for 5minutes and it goes off as it has always been doing on all instances where we have called for assistance.. Since june and July this has been going on, we can't keep calling eskom and they don't assist .. Its frustrating that in this cold we are without lights, little kids are suffering because of eskom's lack of services.. Really dissapointed. </p>
