Poor service in Atamelang, North West

Very very poor service I'm from South Africa, North West Province in a small Township of Atamelang. We have been without electricity since Saturday we unfortunately spent the whole day without any of the technicians coming to see what was wrong, but. I didn't mind too much because it was already late. Some of the community members got reconnected Sunday morning around 8H00 in the morning. We called the call center on Sunday because we were still not reconnected like other residents. The technicians came but did nothing, we were told that our transformer was broken and it will only be replaced on Wednesday. I'm still in shock!!! About the way management doesn't appreciate the urgency of our situation. Firstly our groceries are rotting which were bought with our last money as it was month end, WHO IS GOING TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING THOSE GROCERIES??? Secondly we have a patient who is using oxygen which uses electricity, if anything happen to her WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE??? WE ARE NOT TAKEN SERIOUSLY BECAUSE WE ARE LIVING IN THE RURAL AREA, AND ESKOM IS CLEARLY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THAT. IF IT WAS A FARMER WHO WAS DISCONNECTED, I KNOW THAT THEY RUN TO RECONNECT. I blame management for this poor service because if you take care of your department, you are supposed to be informed about what is happening around you. We have lots of stress with the storm that destroyed our homes and vehicles now Eskom has added on more stress, as the schools are reopened, our children must go to school without taking a bath plus grade 12s are busy with exams. This is really unacceptable. Delareyville eskom station management PLEASE DO YOUR JOB AND INSTRUCT YOUR TECHNICIANS TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. WE REALLY DON'T WANT TO KNOW THAT TRANSFORMS ARE COLLECTED IN KLERKSDORP. WE JUST WANT TO BE RECONNECTED BY TOMORROW!!!!
