Poor service from useless technicians who burned a working transformer

Block A Mandela Village Hammanskraal Gauteng had no power outage. Suddenly Eskom technician came to a working transformer which had no problem until their arrival. We were told there were ******* connection and they need to fix this. It didn't take the to leave the transformer started burning and they left. They came the following day and burned it more and left. They told us they failed and they don't know when we are going to get connection back. 100 hours without electricity everytime we report, a message of cleared fault appears.

This is strictly Eskom technician problem and they enjoy the benefit of their useless work. Why touch some and it get damaged and fail to fix it?.
