POOR SERVICE FROM ESKOM NKANDLA

Eskom is not improving its services in rural areas, the employees are complaining about the resources, the work that they need to do in 7 hours, it will take them days to weeks to do it. We have a problem with the transfomer and they're aware of it but they say it will not be changed until it burst (it is no longer functioning at all) when will be that, there re new transfomers there at Eskom Nkandla but we're waiting for something that we don't know when it will happen, they say it is their policy.
