Poor service from Eskom in protea glen area

I am 7 days without power Eskom is useless and not willing to help, I have a new born baby, with food getting spoiled and am working from home, I called their call centre 2 everyday if not more even now am still in the dark, Am paying for electricity but the service am getting is very poor, my initial reference from eskom *** was closed and nothing was done, second one *** am still waiting.
