Poor service from Eskom

We have been without electricity for two weeks because of *********** Eskom technician who did a temporary connection and said that they will come back and never came back Now I look like I was the one who was bridging. I have been calling them after every two days they will send sms saying there was no one at home which is not true. I tried going to their Randfontein office, it's closed. Please advise as to what steps should I take now
