Poor service from Eskom

A friend and his business partner have been trying for the past month and a half to get through to ESKOM to get the electricity connected in the warehouse they renting as commercial space in Montague Gardens. Today we tried to call them for more than half a day, to various numbers to no avail!! What appalling services and it's even gone worse since their staff is working remotely. It's a total NIGHTMARE to try and get through to them. We need urgent attention in this regard please!!!
