Poor service from Eskom

I'm getting poor service from Eskom. I logged a No Supply case on 31 May 2025 through their chatbot, Alfred, and to this day I haven't received any help.

I've had to log repeat calls because Eskom keeps on closing the my cases without having assisted me. Their update would state that the fault I logged was resolved.
