Poor service from eskom

When you report a problem then you go to a call centre and there they give you the run around and when you get angry they simply tell you that the technician is only working from seven in the morning till seven at knight and Eskom is a 24/7 supplier. I have never heard of it before no wonder Eskom is going down the drain.
