Poor service

It's almost a month now without electricity in my section by the way am staying in a place called lerome the section is matebeleng from the 9th on January till to this day we don't have electricity we called Eskom mogwase I hired so transport to go to thier office's but we not getting any help other sections who thier experienced electricity failure after us they where help within hours or this is happening because we don't have anyone working at Eskom on our site?
