Poor Service

I am extremely disappointed and ****ed of at the service I am receiving from Eskom

From the day these ****ty devices have been installed I have been experiencing problems and this was brought to your guys attention but Im receiving no assistance

I'm able to view how much electricity I have available and now the electricity has switched off .It has been more than 24hrs with noo electricity ,Ive been calling sending what's apps and I'm not getting any help ,the tokens your guys are providing are also not working ,Im able to load my tokens that I have been buying on my banking app . Meat inside my fridge has gone bad . Im typing this while on hold calling your call center with no luck . This has been the worst experience
