Poor service Eskom

We received 2 very high accounts in a row...R11 700 and R15 000. When you go to Eskom, Lichtenburg or Mmabatho, you cannot speak to a person. You're blocked at the security. Apparently they are still closed even in the level 1 COVID-19 scenario. If you write an email, you do not get feedback. If you phone, there is either no answer or you are put through to someone where there is no answer.
