Poor service

Eskom is useless and very unfair. When you check it says we not load shedding on their site yet they have cut power and it has been more then 24 hours. Why is the electricity power only cut for only a part of orange farm ext 3. The whole orange farm ext 3 has electricity. 3 days back they took it for 5 hours. Then took it for 12 hours now it's 24 hours and more in Orange Farm Ext 3 near universal. Nothing is broken. Why has the power been cut. This is unfair to humanity. My name is simphiwe ***
