poor service

Eskom south Africa poor service we don't have electricity for 4 months now 3 street and the school , I keep on calling Eskom everyday I get a false respond every time I call they tell me the report that the technician wrote, they report that they came they didn't find anyone they must find who because the problem is in the box in the street I have about 10 ref no now
