Poor service delivery to people in the villages

I have been in North West, Mafìkeng in Magogoe village near Lerato Cafe, since the 16th of December. Since my arrival everyday electricity is cut off, as far as I remember we are not on loadshedding cause other areas surrounding us have electricity. This has been a challenge for months now, it's not fair that I don't have electricity but my neighbor has it. Eskom is not taking people serious. As I type this message now since electricity was cut off yesterday the 22nd December 2020 around 15:12 till today it's 06:12 23 December 2020 still electricity is not back, we have meat in the fridge that is now spoiled. Its Christmas time people buy food in bulk to cover for January as well. Eskom is one institution that is paid lot of money to assist people but it is very useless. They don't care about the people they serve. A little bit of competition will open their eyes. We are fed up........
