Poor service delivery

We have a problem with my family our cable was cut and ****** by izinyoka last year June and we reported the matter to Eskom and even opened they gave us reference number and case number from the police. We waited thinking the issue will be resolved but months went by nothing happened. We spent the whole of December Christmas and New years with full blackout we had to ask our neighbors to keep some of our food in their fridges. We went again January and my uncle was told to go get a order number and he got it and they promised to come towards the end of January but nothing happened till today.
