Poor service delivery

A service request was logged for power supply and canceled on the system because there was no information on it. They had an account number, meter number and cellphone number. A second service request number was logged, after 7 and half hours, no one has attended to it, they are still waiting for approval. Eskom technicians are useless and one must fight or strike for service delivery. *********** and rude consultants in the call center that sleep on their jobs and don't even know what they are doing.
