Poor Service Delivery

<p>I have never in my entire life experienced such poor service. ESKOM has really dropped the ball this time around. How can one spend 4 days without electricity without any notification what-so-ever. Never mind the meat in the refrigerators, but the standard and comfort of living has dropped dissmally. Its nice to know how irrelevant Black people in S.A are to the government because if this incident occurred in the white suburban areas resolution would've been provided within 2 hours max. I feel sorry for my neighbors and I residing in the Township of Umlazi. </p> <p>#whippingForTheBlackNation</p>
