Poor service delivery

Eskom poor service supply have cost me greatly. On the 12 of December 2015 (ref no: ***), I reported electricity outage which was ignored number of times. The electricity outage 15 Dec 15 (ref no:***). We still have no electricity Since FROM yesterday. Our family had a very bad xmas and thank you to Eskom. Hope this situation will be resolved very soon.
