Poor service delivery

My mom's house burned down on the 1st of July at stand no 8280 mabelapudi mogwase and ever since then we have been fighting with Eskom to come and install the power but they have been taking us from pillar to post, giving us one reference number after the other and still nothing has been done. I have been calling them everyday and all they keep telling me is that it's been approved and they will escalate it and someone will be in contact with us, to date nobody has ever contacted us.I am really disappointed, to refer to this as poor service will be an understatement, this is appalling.The latest reference given was ***, this I was told was sent to their complaints department and still nothing has been done. The previous reference was ***. These are just one of many references I have... I have lost all hope in Eskom.
