Poor Service delivery

I wish there was competition against Eskom. 3 days without electricity besides the food gone bad, I have an uncle who relies on oxygen, because he is ill, can't breath on his own.

I have never in my life, you would see the vehicles all over town but they don't cater to us, making sure atleast by Christmas we have electricity.

The worst part is that we are based in the North West province, Mahikeng I think there are 2 branches yet not even one call from them after calling for the past 2 days asking for assistance. I'm appalled by the services not rendered.

I pray my uncle makes it through, it is pointless to sue Eskom because once he passes on God forbid, all that money won't bring him back.
