Poor service

I am a customer staying in Khayelitsha Kuyasa Ngwamza Street. I have been out of electricity for 5 days and I have reported it since Tuesday 6th of June. No one has come to check it until today 10th June. Friday 9th I went to their offices in Khayelitsha and they told me they are closed and the time was 3pm. They said we must wait until Monday when they are operational. We have to throw away our food because it's rotten.
