poor service

it's been 3days without electricity due to weather conditions. i went to eskom and was answered by a security lady with attitude. We live in Mogwase, catered for by moses kotane municipality, we were told to report the matter at bojana disctrict in Tlhabane by this lady. She told us we are not allowed in their offices and i asked for the manager she said they don't have and other eskom workers won't speak as nice as she does, even if i report the matter to the president of this country it won't work
