Poor service

There was loadshedding Yesterday 11 March morning in Kraaifontein and when the electricity came back from Shedding, then my eskom box in the house only displayed units and not working. I went to Kraaifontein eskom to report the matter, they told me that their system is down. They gave me the number to call or sms to, I called their call center Yesterday but no luck until midnight. Today 12 March I called again and spoke to Sazi, gave me references number 62853. He told me to wait as eskom team workers will come to my house. I waited until 4:30 with no luck, I called them again and spoke to Nandipha and she told me that they are offline again. I quoted my reference to her and she told me that my complaint has not been approved. I buy electricity every month, I'm not sure why must I suffer because of eskom issues. My appliances are damaged because of this loadshedding and now this
