Poor service

The service at Eskom Cofimvaba is poor, they don’t care about the people. They pretended to be capturing our issue on the system and promised that we will receive sms with reference for a car to be dispatched to fix our electricity. We haven’t received any sms nor feedback since last week Friday, after queuing outside for three hours. On top of that we went on the 24/12/2024 @ 11h00 a.m and they told us they are closed whereas they are supposed to close @ 12h00.
