Poor Service

We havent had electricity since Saturday morning, we called city of capetown the told us to call Eskom because our area(Parklands) is covered by eskom, we called eskom they said they will send some to come and assist us, , the whole of Sat nobody came , We called again on Sunday morning they said they will send someone to come and sort it out around 11am , nobody came, now its monday we still dont have electricity in this cold weather, we are so disgusted by the poor service from eskom.
