Poor service by eskom

I am very disgusted with the service of eskom as a whole truth be told. I am a member of the community in Ga- rankuwa zone 7. its lockdown and 23 house in one street does not have electricity for more than 7 days, when we contact eskom they tell us stories about an audit where they can just fix the problem and do their audits.no one is denying them to do that audit why if they want to do their audits dont they fix the electricity problems,it's like they want to punish the community groceries where bought in bulk now we had to throw them away because eskom takes their sweet time to address this matter and you ask yourself that if people living in places like sandton had no electricity would they make them wait for 7 days and more to fix electricity problems. eskom really does not care about these communities unlike city of tshwane which does it's best for its communities they should learn from them.
