Poor service

i have been waiting for your service the whole day, the only service was the bribery calls as usual because of the email I wrote to you, my reference number is ***, nothing has been done, your technicians **** about fixing the problem, my question is how can you attend the problem or complain without meeting the client and make sure that what you claimed to be fixed is working? Eskom Bela Bela are playing games with us, since Thursday telling us that " holidays they only have 2 technicians" evend today as it's a normal day, seems that they want to prove a point that we're nothing without them, imagine an employee laying about attending the complain without showing his or her face to the client or complainant. I'm not happy with the service we're receiving from Bela Bela.
