Poor service at Eskom Mafikeng

I reside at Mafikeng, i have not had electricity sibce last week Thursday. I have communicated coubtless time with ESKOM that is at Mafikeng, i have been patient but i can see that my patient has run out bcos all my thibgs in the friedge are rotten, i have lost customers as im runnibg business. Me and my neoubiur are tge only peoole that got affected by the power cut, she also went there several times. They always promise to come, but they never did. Our reference number is ***, we reside at 4948, 4949 Segwagwa street unit 13 Mafikeng, 2735. Can someone kindly assist us please, we are desperate at this moment.
