Poor service

We had a problem with one of the poles it was damage I suppose its wear and tear in my Village (Gqebenya LadyFrere).the technicians came to remove the pole as a result the electricity was turned off for everyone. Following day was going to be a holiday 16 Dec 2020 they said they are not working .We were left without electricity for good 7 days. We had to throw away food that we spent our hard earned money on . Everyone was calling their call centre with no luck when people go to their local office they were given bad attitude that they must call the call centre which you spend an hour calling and no one is picking . The service is just beyond poor as if they donating this electricity .
