poor service

I app**** electricity since from 12 january 2015,they visited my village=Mamanyoha village(BOLOBEDU) on the 19 january for measurements then I was promised to expect the installation in mid-April 2015,,,even now 'm still waiting for the service,,,every three weeks I do follow ups by calling the office=*** and they keep on telling me that my name is on the list,,,,,how long must i wait for electricity installation.....may untill Jesus comes back..?,,,THE SERVICE IS TOTALLY BORING AND UNACCEPTABLE....Ref number=***
