Poor service

Poor does not even begin to describe the level of service we have received from Eskom Mandini in the past couple of months. We have had terrible unplanned power outages, and now it has turned into daily or every other day power outages. To make matters worse, this is happening in a small section of Shekembuya Area in Mandini(Sundumbili).

I have had to log a formal complaint and no one has had so much as courtesy to respond to our complaint.
