poor service

We have been calling Eskom everyday we do not have electricity for 3day now, the only thing that they are saying we not buying enough electricity so they will sent their technicians till 2 day they are offering good service coz they are just assuming and now we cant even call coz there is a red flag in our meter *** is not fair
