Poor service

I have been reporting my meter box from the 16th of this month till further notice no one is willing to help me with my problem all this call center agent are just giving me some attitude as if I have to beg for the service all I need is my meter box to be fixed so I can redeem this vouchers6 that I have bought I didn't breach the power but this people are treating like a trash am just a law abinding citizen who jus want the service I don't know were else to to report my meter worse part now I don't have an electricity in my house and I have vouchers of electricity in my pocket that I want to redeem please eskom help
