Poor service

Hello I'm very disappointed about the services we get at eskom zone 15 Garankuwa.its been 2 months reported electric box,on the 25/04/23 my mom took day off to go there to report this issue she found Charlotte.They took her details and they failed to help her.So we wait up until 07/06/23last week when she took other day off to report again...again,she found Mpho told her the same problem we have they never send any one at my place.We afraid bcoz this box will burn our house so who will take responsibility of that.im staying in klipgat Eskom is failing us myb bcoz we staying in rural areas. But we have the same right as those suburbs areas!!!!!
