Poor service

<p>I got a poor service from Eskom call centre ITUMELENG,i had a problem with network while reporting a fault and she developed a bad attitude towards because of the problem i encountered. A few minites later,i received again from a guy who was kind of annoyed by my electricity report and asked the very same question i was asked by ITUMELENG . POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!what happened to CUSTOMER IS THE KING THING</p>
