Poor service

<p>My name is Itumeleng Sebigi from Dobsonville, our electricity at home went off on Sa****ay around 3 pm we thought it was load shedding. We woke up on Sunday still no electricity we could go to church because we didn't iron our clothes. I logged a call with the call centre and I was given a reference number *** to make a follow up, I called for the second time I spoke to Unathi she told me that they still waiting for the problem to be fixed, I called for the third time I spoke to Nompilo she said to me the technicians are on their way to fix the problem. I wake this morning with out electricity I have kids that are suppose to go to school how are they going to bath with cold water in this weather, how am I going to iron their school uniform....I'm honestly not happy I'm disappointed or maybe it's because we are in Soweto that's why the service is so poor.... Eskom you are a joke
