Poor Service

Good day

I trust that all is well with you,

I'm currently based in JHB but I am original from Pongola (small town in KZN). The day before yesterday my house was struck by lighting and the switchboard was on fire and got broken. However this is the second time this incident happened. I don't know if Eskom only attend only the people from the suburbs or it just that we come from the poor background. My grandmother has been trying to contact Eskom with no success. Now it's a third day and we have not get any assistance. If I had enough money I would have bought that meter box and get someone to install it for me.

My grandmother she is too old now. She can't even collect woods from the forest. Beside from that she can't even use light because electricity is gone.

I know if I had enough money surely our incident would have been attended accordingly.
