Poor service

I am at Marhambeni in Mthatha on Thursday I reported a fault about power outage in our area that is only affecting 3 houses and was given a reference number to date this has not been sorted today I call the call center again around 15:00pm and was given a different reference number and told the one I logged on Thursday has been closed as the area am in is not Mthatha North though I never said I am in Mthatha North and no one called me from eskom for an update though they took my contacts, now when I arrive home from work it's still dark I decided to do a follow-up call and am told the supervisor said that they do not have people on stand by... Really am still at disbelief that there could be no one on standby, now we are 8nvda dark our groceries in da fridge is a mess because we are not being assisted. Ref no: ********** 78
