Poor service

Hello peter i am Sisanda Mayeki. I am staying in lower crossroads. I have a problem my electricity my meter box is writing earth and i does not work. I contacted eskom last week tuesday they gave us thi s refference ***. Their guys came but they demanded R6000 which i did not have. They refused to help me because they said i am suppose to give them R12000 they just making favour by requesting R6000. They left my house without fixing my electricity because i dont have money. I contacted eskom and I told them what happened they said i should wait for 7days they are going to send peoples to fix my electricity. I have been waiting and 7 days have passed now still no one came. I have been calling eskom they are just promising to come but they do not come. I am unemployed am even struggling to get airtime to call them but am trying because its not easy to stay without electricity. My kids are starving my food is rotten in the fridge. Please peter help me this issue is getting out of my hand. Eskom people seems like they dont care anymore now.
