Poor Poor, thing Eskom

I don't know why Eskom has call centers because they are useless like Eskom, they know if I was Eskom I would close the call center and invest to build stable infrastructure and improve on giving better, we logged the issue since Monday and until nothing resolved they keep on closing our case without solving the problem. I spoke to Nomhle and a very useless agent without tools and information about our cases wow. Eskom is failing and they must just tell us they don't want to continue to serve this country
