Poor poor Eskom service

It's been three full weeks since I am without electricity. I keep on getting the same messages when I phone" just hold on let me go check with thr dispatch people where the technician are busy" when they return to the phone its like " sorry for keeping you on hold we are gonna try to send someone out to sunbirdpark as soon as a technician is available". My meat 🥩 went off because I'm waiting fir three weeks now. So when will we in sunbirdpark get the service as promised by Eskom. This is really really poor service.
