Poor performance

I have had a low voltage problem for months now, reported it to the Burgersfort offices, technicians came and I was told it's going to take a while to attend to, it's a project. The borehole pump, microwave are useless, I don't know how many lights got burnt and a tv. Why isn't maintenance on their equipment or system a priority. So the prices must just rise, to no use??
