Poor pathetic service

My electricity off since this afternoon just before 3,logged a call got a reference number and was told a technician will be sent out however it can take up to 7 hours, pass 5 i do a follow up just to check in how far the call is and was told sorry the technicians are all Gone and will come in the morning. I was like arent you guys suppose to be working 24 hour in case of power outages emergencies. I get told sorry no. I then logged a complaint with Litha the consultant as well with regards to eskom service where i was advised it can take up to 5 days for feedback. In the mean time me and family (3kids) who need to go work and kids that need to study for exams and 1 being sick who i need to attend to in the darkness because eskom feels they should not service their customers. Your service sucks big time eskom. To top it up my fridge /freezer with food that possibly will go off at whose expense - eskom
