POOR ESKOM SERVICE KWAMHLANGA

every week we have to report the same problem with Eskom, these people they are not doing their work, we have to bath with cold water, the fridge are smelting and the food its getting rotten. i requested for the audit with this reference number *** they said they will do it within 5 working days till today the audit is not done
