Poor Eskom Customer Service

The Eskom customer service provides the most poor service ever . Everytime there is loadshedding when the electricity came back it damages my meters I logged calls but they even close the calls without resolving the issue. This has damage my appliances and I do not know what to do anymore as loadshedding is here to stay . What can I do to get Eskom to assist me with this issue because it is because of their loadshedding that cause this Meter issue
