Poor Eskom assistance

What a disappointment. We have trouble on the Eskom side at our transformer on the farm. It summer time the heat is extreme and we need to water our vegetables. We are trying since this morning 7 o clock to load the problem on alfred the chat bot but to no avail. Everytime is say the problem is on our side not Eskom side. The main cicuit breaker has burnt on tje Eskom side and they keep letting us know on the chatbot we must het a electrecian to fix it it is not their problem, the problem is on Eskom side how can they tell it is not their Problem. Please assist
